On the side he pursued his passion - helping and educating people. Lewis took this further and became a qualified Remedial Massage and Sports Therapist working in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, whilst studying Sports and Exercise Science.
Lewis’s passion for coaching comes from the belief that everyone should have access to the tools and knowledge to better themselves.

Chanel is a yoga and Pilates teacher, ice bath coach, lawyer and corporate governance professional. A woman of many passions, empowering others to live their most authentic lives, there are no rules, boxes or criteria you have to fit into.
Chanel first started practicing yoga in 2017 after the loss of her mum. Despite limbs flailing, and not being able to touch her toes, she was left with a desire to practice and learn more. It wasn’t long before she started to notice the profound effects the practice had on physical and mental health.
Finding moments of solace on the mat and inspired by her own healing journey Chanel decided to undertake her yoga teacher training to share the sacred practice and ancient teachings. Yoga helped her find the light again and she hopes to help others do the same.
She lives by the phrase “the universe has our back” even when everything feels like it is going wrong, the universe is guiding us to where we need to be.
Chanel’s fluid teaching style is strong yet paced, mixing movement with breath. Coupled with longer holds to challenge you to find comfort in the discomfort, to sit with sensation and notice what arises. Ultimately empowering you to overcome life’s obstacles, on and off the mat.
