These Track sessions help you develop speed, running economy, mental resilience, and the ability to maintain pace and avoid fading at the end of a race.
Track is ALWAYS on and will never be cancelled due to rain.

YOGA | BREATHWORK | MEDITATION
Each class starts with pranayama (breath work) to bring awareness to the breath. Followed by a moderately paced vinyasa flow, incorporating intelligent, creative sequencing to promote the circulation of prana (energy). Ending with long holds facilitating a deep release. The perfect way to end your week. Emerge feeling grounded, calm, rejuvenated and with clarity of mind.
